Shipping across Israel: ₪50, free on orders over ₪850. Delivery within 4–7 business days. International shipping is available, with the cost calculated at checkout. You can also pick up your order from our studio in Tel Aviv, by appointment.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return standard items (regular stock purchases) within 14 days from the date you received the item.
Returns are accepted only for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging; Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. A legal cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will be deducted from your refund, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges for standard, unused items are accepted within 14 days subject to availability, with all related shipping costs covered by the customer.
For items damaged in transit, email dvir@studiosamuel.design with photos within 48 hours to receive a free replacement or full refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at dvir@studiosamuel.design with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, securely pack the item using our original protective packaging and ship the package back to our studio address: 8 HaNegev st. Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
Please note: Studio Samuel cannot issue a refund for items that are broken during the return shipping due to improper packaging.
